← The Service The Coach

The underground work
that only you can do.
But I will go with you.

For those ready to do the private work that precedes sustainable change.

There is a version of change that looks like change. And then there is the kind that begins underground, where no one can see it — and that is the only kind that holds.

Inpowerment Coaching is not a programme. It is an accompaniment. It is for the person who has reached the edge of what the surface can offer them — the strategies, the plans, the adjustments — and who knows, however quietly, that the real work is somewhere further down.

The Subsoil philosophy was not arrived at theoretically. It was lived. The coaching practice grew directly from a memoir — from the act of excavating a life, naming what had been compacted, and learning what genuine emergence requires. That story became the classroom. The classroom became the practice.

What I offer is not advice. It is the kind of presence that allows you to go underground honestly — and return with something real.

The Subsoil framework names four things that every human self navigates: compaction — the weight of socialisation, inherited expectations, and systemic constraint packed tight around the roots; aeration — the deliberate work of loosening what has been compacted; subsoil knowing — the embodied intelligence that only becomes available when you go underground honestly; and embodied emergence — what becomes visible when the underground work is actually done.

Most coaching works at the surface. It addresses behaviour, goals, performance, patterns. These are real and they matter. But they are branches. The coaching I offer works from the roots. We go to where the compaction is. We name it — because naming is the first act of aeration. We stay long enough to find out what is actually there. And then we come back up together.

This is the practice of Inpowerment Coaching — grounded in the Subsoil philosophy, shaped by lived excavation, and built on the conviction that the height of any tree is determined entirely by the quality of what happens underground.

If you have been doing the surface work long enough to know it is not reaching what needs to be reached — this is the door. The underground work is yours to do. I will go with you.
